Detox Smoothie with Berries and Hemp Seeds
A perfect light breakfast or energizing snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 200 ml almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp wild cranberry powder LOOV
- 1 tsp hemp seeds LOOV
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
