Hemp Seed and Dark Chocolate Energy Bars
A nutritious snack for the day!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds LOOV
- 2 tbsp wild cranberry powder LOOV
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
- Mix oats, hemp seeds, and cranberry powder in a bowl.
- Melt almond butter and honey, then mix with dry ingredients.
- Press into a tray, sprinkle with chocolate, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
