Matcha and Coconut Pudding 🌿πŸ₯₯

A creamy, healthy dessert with an exotic flavor! Perfect for a sweet and nutritious break.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 g agar-agar (or 1 gelatin sheet)
  • Coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk over low heat (do not boil).
  2. Sift the matcha powder and mix it with honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the mixture to the warm coconut milk, stirring well.
  4. Dissolve the agar-agar in a little warm water and add it to the milk.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until fully dissolved.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with coconut flakes and serve!
