A creamy, healthy dessert with an exotic flavor! Perfect for a sweet and nutritious break.
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 g agar-agar (or 1 gelatin sheet)
- Coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk over low heat (do not boil).
- Sift the matcha powder and mix it with honey and vanilla extract.
- Add the mixture to the warm coconut milk, stirring well.
- Dissolve the agar-agar in a little warm water and add it to the milk.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with coconut flakes and serve!
