Homemade Organic Granola with Nuts and Berries

Looking for a delicious, nutritious, and organic breakfast or snack? This homemade granola is packed with wholesome ingredients, natural sweetness, and a satisfying crunch. Perfect for pairing with yogurt, milk, or enjoying on its own!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup organic almonds, chopped

  • 1/2 cup organic walnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup organic dried cranberries (or other dried fruit of choice)

  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted

  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before mixing in the dried cranberries.

  8. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
