Protein Pancakes with Buckwheat Flour

Ingredients:

  • 100 g buckwheat flour LOOV
  • 1 tbsp plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook in a non-stick pan, flipping when bubbles appear.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
