Protein Pancakes with Buckwheat Flour
Rich in fiber and gluten-free!
Ingredients:
- 100 g buckwheat flour LOOV
- 1 tbsp plant-based protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook in a non-stick pan, flipping when bubbles appear.
- Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
