  • The berries are dried whole at a temperature of 42-45°C, which makes their powder rich in vitamin C, taste, colour and nutrients. Sea buckthorn is a low-sugar berry, and our dried berry powder has a tart, energizing fragrance and taste very similar to fresh berries. Considering that we use whole berries (seeds, pulp, peel) to make the powder more nutritious, some solid elements remain and the powder is not very thin
  • 113 g organic sea buckthorn powder = approx. 655 g fresh berries. Sea buckthorn powder is made from the whole berries, so it contains the pulp, seeds and peel of the berries, all parts containing large amounts of organic sea buckthorn oil. Sea buckthorn powder can become an acquired taste for many people, so you will have to have patience if you have never tasted it before
  • Sea buckthorn berry powder contains all four fatty acids from the Omega group: Omega 3 (alpha-linoleic acid), omega 6 (linoleic acid), omega 7 (palmitoleic acid), and omega 9 (oleic acid). The nutrient sea buckthorn berries are a good source of vegetable omega 3 and are also rich in antioxidants (ORAC = 22500 ± 2500 μmol TE/100 g), vitamin C, vitamin E and a high fiber content
  • Organic Sea Buckthorn Powder mixes easily with milkshakes, yogurt, cereal flakes porridge, granola and protein shakes, and is great to use instead of fresh or frozen berries. Remember that our powder is made exclusively from whole organic berries and as a result will not completely dissolve in water (like fresh berries and unlike sea buckthorn juice powder)
